Iskalo Development and the owners of Shango are close to signing a deal for a new seafood-themed restaurant on East Huron Street.  Business First reports the planned eatery would be in the former Howard Shoes building.  Located on Main Street in the University District, Shango, features a New Orleans-themed menu.  

A local group, TNGLG LLC has purchased a 20-unit apartment complex at 242 Delaware Road in Kenmore.  The price of the deal said to be $835,000.  

Carquest Auto Store at 3329 Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park has opened for business.  The work was done by Picone Construction Corporation.

For the eighth year in a row, Bison Automotive has been named a AAA Top Shop of the Year.  Owner Bob Gugino was also named NAPA ASE Technician of the Year for Western New York.
