Buffalo Business Report - Tuesday, December 3rd 2013

Local executives from Tops Markets LLC officially closed on their management-buyout deal, acquiring the Tops chain from a New York-based investment group.  Business First says terms were still not publicly announced.  The deal shifts Tops’ decision-making and corporate structures to its Amherst headquarters. It also vaults Tops to the #3 spot among privately-held companies in WNY, behind only Rich Products Corp. and Delaware North Cos.

An ECIDA committee has recommended approval of tax breaks requested by Uniland Development Co. for its planned $75 million downtown Buffalo office building.  A formal full vote comes later this month.  The breaks will come with a 20-year lease for primary tenant Delaware North Cos.  Delaware North anticipates adding 350 new jobs.

McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, real estate consulting, and property management firm, has acquired Collier Health Park in Naples, Florida.

They'll be fine. NFL running backs are interchangeable.
They're in trouble. Fred and CJ are too important.
