Jon Bon Jovi A Possible Suitor For The Bills?

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) There has been plenty of speculation over the years about the future ownership of the Buffalo Bills given current owner, Ralph Wilson's age of 95. The latest comes from CBS' Jason LaCanfora who reported today that sources tell him that singer Jon Bon Jovi is very interested in purchasing an NFL team and that he has been meeting with key people in the Western New York area over the past few months with the Bills on his mind.

Bon Jovi would be in competition with numerous groups to land the Bills, most prominently, Rogers Communications who already holds an agreement with the team to play an annual game at the Rogers' Center in Toronto. The latest game there is slated for next Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

In his report, LaCanfora noted that the league would like to keep the Bills as a regional franchise drawing fans from both Western New York and Canada.
