Bills Hold First Practice Of 2013 Training Camp

Pittsford, NY (WBEN) The Buffalo Bills will hold their first practice of training camp Sunday evening at St. John Fisher College. The team has undergone a complete overhaul in the offseason. The new look begins in the front office with new General Manager, Doug Whaley, who takes the reigns from Buddy Nix. The coaching staff is all new with Doug Marrone coming into his first season from Syracuse. There will also be a new quarterback when the team opens the season in early September.

Buffalo selected E.J. Manuel from Florida State in the first round of the NFL and prior to making that pick, the team signed free agent signal caller, Kevin Kolb who had stints in Philadelphia and Arizona. That battle between Kolb and Manuel for the starting job will be the highlight of this year's camp.

Either Manuel or Kolb will be lining up against the New England Patriots in the first game of the year and coach Marrone says both will be given an equal shot at the job, "...the repetitions will be split and will be done fairly."
