Pair Accused of Recording Nix Phone Call

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Two Massachusetts men have been charged with intentionally intercepting a wire communication in connection with a phone involving then Bills GM Buddy Nix.

Joshua Barber is accused of calling Nix's office claiming to be Tampa Bay GM Mark Dominik.

Barber then called Dominik's office claiming to be Nix.

While Barber was on hold with the Buccaneers, Nix's office placed a re-dial call, thinking it was Dominik.

Prosecutors say it was Barber's hpone.

Nicholas Kaiser is accused of recording the call when Barber connected Nix and Dominik without either party's consent.

That call was sold to a media outlet.

They'll be in court next Monday.
