The verdict is in for Sabres defensmen Tyler Myers and he will be suspended three games for his high hit on Devils Forward Dainius Zubrus Saturday night. Myers received a 2 minute penalty on the play. This is the second three game suspension for Myers, who was previously suspended back in 2012 for an illegal board. Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and based on his average annual salary, Myers will forfeit $84,615.39. The money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund. Myers is eligible to return on Tuesday, January 14th against Philadelphia.
