Buffalo Business Report - Tuesday, January 21st 2014

UB is still considering options for the future use of a building it owns at Washington and Mohawk Streets downtown.  It formerly housed the Educational Opportunity Center, which was moved to a new $26 million facility just down Washington Street, closer to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.  UB's property is situated between two big development corridors.

Tickets.com and the Buffalo Sabres have announced a long-term extension of their partnership centered on the ProVenue® platform. The Sabres will continue to utilize the ProVenue ticketing platform to manage inventory for both the Buffalo Sabres and all live events and concerts at First Niagara Center.  No monetary terms of the deal were announced.

AT&T will begin taking pre-orders for its LG FLEX device this Friday.  Existing customers wishing to upgrade to a FLEX have a number of options.  The best advice is to call AT&T or visit one of their stores for more details.
