New York-based investment group Key Success LLC, owner of the Key Center at Fountain Plaza complex, is seeking a legal reversal of incentives approved by the ECIDA for Uniland's proposed $80 million project at Delaware Avenue and Chippewa Street.  Delaware North Cos. plan on moving into the new site, leaving behind its current space in the Key Center's south tower.  Business First points out that neither Uniland nor Delaware North are party to the action.

Western New York small business loans declined by nearly 9% from the same period last year.  As a result, the combined dollar value approved fell off 5.6% for the same time frame.

The American Heart Association presented two new grants to SUNY's Research Foundation for cardiovascular research.  The grants started on January 1st adding to the total of $1.8 million in research grants currently being funded in WNY by the American Heart Association.
