Scouting Sam Reinhart



Sam Reinhart is expected to be one of the top picks in the 2014 NHL draft and he's tearing it up in the Western Hockey League this season.
Reinhart has been named the Canadian Hockey League player of the week after registering three goals and eight assists in three wins for the Kootenay Ice.
The 6-1, 183 pound center is tied for the league lead in scoring with 76 points in 43 games.  Reinhart, who hails from Vancouver, was listed as the fourth best North American skater by the NHL Central Scouting Bureau in its mid term rankings released last month.
Ice General Manager Jeff Chynoweth was a guest on WGR with Jeremy White and Howard Simon on Tuesday and Chynoweth talked about Reinhart's, his season and how he projects to the NHL.  You can listen to the entire interview:
