With a twelve cent jump in the past two weeks, local gas prices have inched up to $3.76 per gallon of unleaded in the region, according to the AAA.  That price is still twenty-five cents more than the current national cost of $3.51.

Depew-based residential mortgage servicer AMS Servicing, LLC will expand its facility at the Jamison Business Park.  Over the next five years, the move is expected to add 249 jobs.

The Gates Vascular Institute is the first in Western New York to implant the smallest implantable cardiac monitoring device available, the Reveal LINQ Insertable Cardiac Monitor.  The device is approximately one-third the size of a AAA battery, making it more than 80 percent smaller than other implantable cardiac monitoring devices.

Monday marks the 25th anniversary for Hamburg Overhead Door.  Prior to that, the company was known as Hamburg Door Sales.

What do you think about the Bills acquisition of Matt Cassel?
  I like it. They can win with Cassel, a strong run game and great defense.
