Delaware North Fronting Upgrades

Buffalo Business Report - Tuesday, April 8th 2014

Nick Sinatra has purchased a three-story, 26,000-square-foot building at 191 North Street in Buffalo.  Business First reports the purchase price was $1.39 million.  Sinatra intends to market the space to those looking for a presence at the nearby Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.

Delaware North will be putting down $70 million in private financing for renovations of the Boston Bruins arena.  The work is expected to be spread out over two years.

The Genesee County IDA has approved tax breaks for a pair of companies.  Mega Properties will invest $775,000 and create five new jobs once its expansion is completed later this year.  Premiere Credit received sales tax breaks for its planned $400,000 investment in new equipment for its Batavia call center.  As a result, 25 more workers will be hired.

The first-ever Buffalo Means Business Networking Event will be held Thursday from 4-8pm at Prior Aviation.  Tickets are available through a link at WBEN.com.
