It only seems as if this winter hasn't completely gone away, but already Holiday Valley is turning its attention to next winter. Business First reports that the ski resort's parent company Win-Sum Ski Corp. will invest more than $3.4 million this summer on a series of upgrades. Those renovations include more snow making guns, adding a third floor to its Mountain Sports Center and realigning the main Holiday Valley Road.
Iskalo Development has purchased the property at 63 Park Club Lane across from the Walker Center. Circulatory Centers New York will be the primary tenant, opening in mid-May.
Wisconsin sub sandwich chain Erbert & Gerbert’s will bring its first New York location to 484 Elmwood Avenue. The site formerly was home to Bistro Europa. An early summer opening is planned for the sub shop.
Waterbourne Construction Advisors is in the process of putting up the steel structure this week for the $14 million Lockport Ice Rink and Sports Complex. The project is slated for a September 2014 completion.
