Buffalo Business Report - Thursday, May 1st 2014

The Buffalo Bills and Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop have agreed to extend their
sponsorship deal for five years.  No financial terms were announced, but Business First reports part of the agreement will see a one-of-a-kind, three-dimensional Tim Hortons coffee cup atop one of the 6 gate pylons at the stadium.

SPoT Coffee recently opened its 6th WNY location, at 6519 East Quaker Street (or the four corners) in Orchard Park.

King Center Charter School’s purchase of the former School 71 has been approved.  The building at 104 Lang Avenue was reportedly bought for $330,000. The school intends to invest almost $1 million to update the facility.

First quarter net income for Sovran Self Storage came in at fifty-one cents per diluted share.  That's four cents more than the return a year ago.
