Report: Four Person Trust to Decide Winning Bills Bid

Clarence, NY (WBEN) A report says the new owner of the Buffalo Bills will need the approval of a four person trust created by Ralph Wilson before his passing.

AllSportsWNY.com reports Wilson's widow Mary, Bills CFO and Treasurer of the Ralph Wilson Equity Fund Jeff Littman, Bills Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning Mary Owen and attorney Eugene Driker are the trustees. Any winning bid must get three of the four votes.

Bob Koshinski of AllSportsWNY.com says "This brings a different perspective to the stories circulating about the sale of the team, because any legitimate suitor has to gain approval from this group."

WBEN spoke with Driker, who told us he's not in a position to comment.

What do you think about the Bills acquisition of Matt Cassel?
I like it. They can win with Cassel, a strong run game and great defense.
I don't like it. He's done nothing since his big year in 2010.
The Bills should still bring in another QB to compete.
