Developer Mark Croce is working with the ECIDA on a proposed $18 million renovation of the Curtiss Building.  Incentives and tax breaks are considered critical to bridge the project’s financing gap.  There will be a June 2nd public hearing, with an ECIDA vote June 18th.  If all goes well, construction could begin this summer.

The New York Power Authority has contracted with Hadley Exhibits to modernize the visitor centers of three hydroelectric plants in New York.  The $13 million contract covers work at the Niagara Power Vista in Lewiston and centers in Massena and North Blenheim.
