Jury Picked for Bills Fan Rail Ride Trial

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Jury selection has wrapped up for the trial of a Buffalo Bills fan who fell from an upper stadium level onto a spectator below.

Lawyers are in Orchard Park Town Court, where opening statements are set for Thursday after three men and three women were picked to be on the panel.
Robert Hopkins is charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment and assault after being caught on video sliding down a 300-level railing at Ralph Wilson Stadium during a November football game and toppling backward into the 200 section.
Hopkins and the fan he landed on were taken to a hospital and released later that day.
Prosecutors say the injured fan will be among those who will testify at Hopkins' trial.
