Reports: Pegula Interested in Bills Bid

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) It looks like the Sabres' owner is looking to make a bid for the Buffalo Bills.

Multiple broadcast reports are quoting sources who say Terry Pegula is interested in making a bid to buy the NFL franchise. Sabres spokesman Mike Gilbert tells WBEN there's nothing to report on such a bid.

This comes a day after we learned C. Dean Metropolis, the executive who last year bought the Twinkies brand out of bankruptcy, and currently the owner of Pabst beer brands, is interested in the team as well.

What do you think about the Bills acquisition of Matt Cassel?
I like it. They can win with Cassel, a strong run game and great defense.
I don't like it. He's done nothing since his big year in 2010.
The Bills should still bring in another QB to compete.
