Lawsuit Against Jills Can Press Forward

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The lawsuit filed by five former Buffalo Jills cheerleaders will move on.

State Supreme Court justice Timothy Drury denied the Bills' motion to dismiss wage claims brought against the team.

Drury ruled the plaintiffs called into question successfully the legality of the contract required by the Bills and each cheerleader.

The former Jills are suing claiming they were paid below the minimum wage for hours of appearances, performances and practices.

What would you think of Dan Bylsma as Sabres head coach?
I'd be very happy. He won a Cup and always made the playoffs.
I wouldn't be happy. His Penguins teams should've won more in the playoffs.
