The Bills traded away their 3rd (75) and one of their 4th round (110) selections yesterday to Dallas for the Cowboys' 2nd round pick (51), which they used to draft Oregon State OL Andy Levitre.
Buffalo acquired Philadelphia's 4th round selection (121) in the Jason Peters trade.
