Sabres invite a goalie to camp

Buffalo, NY (WGR 550)  -- Wayne Scanlan reports that a former Sens draft pick will come to Sabres training camp.
Goaltender Francois Brassard is 20 years old and was taken by Ottawa in the sixth round of the 2012 draft. The Senators didn’t sign him which put him back into the 2014 draft.
Nobody took Brassard so he’ll be in Buffalo this September to try-out.
Brassard played three seasons in Quebec with Mikhail Grigorenko. In 149 games with the Remparts, Brassard was 81-40-16 with a 2.83 goals against and .908 save percentage.
The goaltender will play junior this season in Cape Breton of the Quebec League.
