Developer/restaurateur Mark Croce is intent on beginning facade work on his Statler City project soon.  Business First reports the key was securing $5.3 million in state aid; those funds have now been released.  Croce's next step is to put the project out to bid.  He wants to have the bids awarded and work underway by late summer.

McGuire Development Company helped facilitate the sale of the former home of Picone Construction Corporation at 8680 Main Street in Clarence for $497,500.  McGuire also assisted with selection of Picone's new facility adjacent to Antique World at 10995 Main Street in Clarence.

Dollar General celebrates the opening of its new location at 663 East Ferry Street in Buffalo this Saturday, August 2nd at 8am.

Watson Bowman Acme, of Amherst has immediate openings for long-term welder/fitters and machine operators.  Day and night shifts are available.
