Get ready to rub elbows with sports royalty July 21st at the 2nd Annual WGR Golf Tournament at the Tri-County Country Club in Forestville just East of Dunkirk to benefit the Thurman Thomas Scholarship Fund to give underprivileged kids a chance to train like a pro!
We’ve signed up Buffalo Sabres and Sabres Alumni including: Ric Seiling, Derek Smith, Rick Martin, Matthew Barnaby, Rob Ray, Larry Playfair, Larry Carriere, Rene Robert, Patrick Kaleta, Adam Mair, Andrew Peters, and Derek Roy
Plus, current and former Buffalo football players including Thurman Thomas and Lee Evans.
You now have the opportunity to bid on Tournament foursomes with sports celebrities and WGR hosts. If you're the winning bidder, your day at the Tournament will also include: greens fees, prize packs for all golfers, themed tents, beverages, snacks, opportunities to win prizes on numerous holes, full-course breakfast and lunch, hors d'ouvres, open bar and sit-down dinner. There will also be entertainment, Chinese and silent auctions, and an awards presentation.
