Lynn interviewing for Bills head coaching job Thursday

A day after the Buffalo Bills interviewed their first head coaching candidate, the team will interview a familiar face for the same position. Bills interim head coach Anthony Lynn is interviewing for the full-time head coaching position on Thursday with the team in Boca Raton, Florida.

Lynn was appointed the interim head coach last week Tuesday when the Bills fired head coach Rex Ryan. Lynn has been with the Bills over the past two seasons, and began his tenure with the team as their running backs coach. Lynn was promoted to the offensive coordinator role after Week 2 of the 2016 season after the firing of Greg Roman.

Lynn most recently had an interview with the San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday, and has reportedly been requested for interviews with the Denver Broncos, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Los Angeles Rams.

The Bills are also planning on interviewing Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Harold Goodwin on Saturday. Buffalo has also reportedly requested interviews for Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Vance Joseph, Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich, and Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator Kris Richard.
