The Bills have confirmed to WGR 550 reporter Paul Hamilton that WR Lee Evans has signed a contract extension. The deal is for 4 years and $37.25 million. $18.25 million is guaranteed. He will earn $27 million over the first three years.
Evans' current contract expired at the end of the 2008 campaign. He has 14 receptions for 332 yards and a touchdown so far this year and has been a big part of the team's 4-and-0 start. He's 10th on Buffalo's all-time reception list.
