Golf is not a sport. There I said it. Any of you guys out there that just love to harp on the fact that this meaningless activity of the snobby rich is a competitive sport are just kidding yourselves. There is no real conditioning necessary to maintain (see Angel Cabrera) to ensure top form. I agree that there is a certain level of skill involved, but there is no way that you can compare golf to the major sports. The inherit snobbery of the game really makes me sick. Oh let's be super serious during our (insert tournament) and get an attitude with anybody that's not following our rules of decorum while we are getting s***-faced drunk and placing all these illegal bets on ourselves and other teamings. Yeah, I'm that guy that beeps his car horn while driving by a golf course as you are just about to swing or putt as if your children's lives are on the line. Oh yeah, Tiger Woods. I cannot believe that people even mention Woods in the same breath with other athletes in real sports. Yeah, so he's in shape. BIG DEAL! The way people dote on Woods is ridiculous. Woods is treated as if he's some kind of modern day Jackie Robinson. He is not. He's not even as nice a person as he is portrayed. To compare Woods with real athletes such as Lebron James or Michael Jordan is an insult. The least skilled NFLer is probably 10X the athlete that Woods is. So if given the opportunity, I will take Jeremy White to task every Sunday. Have at it...
