BOULDER, Colo. – The Ultimate Players Association (UPA) recently announced that Buffalo, NY will host the UPA High School
Eastern Ultimate Championships at the Lakeview Road Recreation Area on May 15-16, 2010.
The UPA High School Eastern Championships features the top high school Open and Girls’ Ultimate teams from states east of the
Mississippi. The tournament began in conjunction with the UPA High School Western Championships in 2005.
“We’re looking forward to bringing this event to the Northeast, where high school Ultimate is thriving,” said Will Deaver, Director of
Championships for the UPA. “The field site is great, and the Buffalo community is very excited about putting on a great tournament.”

hosting successful athletic events."

The tournament will take place the weekend after the High School Western Ultimate Championships, which will be held on May 8-9,
2010 in Seattle, WA.
The 2010 UPA High School Eastern Ultimate Championships will take place May 15-16 at the Lakeview Road Recreation Area in
