The status of Bills QB Trent Edwards for the team's upcoming game against Carolina is up in the air after he suffered a concussion in their win over the Jets. Head Coach Dick Jauron says that they're still awaiting test results. Edwards was healthy enough to travel home with the team from the Meadowlands.
"Anybody who is injured we're concerned for and Trent's no different. We'll take that day-to-day and just see how he comes out of this thing."
TE Shawn Nelson also suffered a concussion Sunday and is day-to-day. CB Terrence McGee has a chest contusion. S Donte Whitner suffered an ankle injury. DT Kyle Williams has a shoulder strain.
Johnathon Scott and Bryan Scott both missed the Jets game. Coach Jauron said that the players are now day-to-day heading into the match-up against the Panthers.
