(WGR 550) -- There wasn't an awful lot of action during the Bills last practice leading up to the bye week with 15 players not participating.
Terrell Owens was one of the players who spoke after Wednesday's practice, and defended the team's defense, reinforcing that the blame is squarely on his offense.
"When you give a team a short field," Owens said following Wednesday's practice, "Barney Fife, Alvin & The Chipmunks could go out there and score. We have to at some point, across the board, take it personally to help this team out from the offensive standpoint."
Jonathan Scott practiced with the offensive line for the first time in a while. The non-participating list is as follows:

Dick Jauron doesn't think it's necessary to practice after his team only got 9 first downs on sunday. It must be nice playing for jauron, nice cushy job with lots of security when you never really have to do any work. Just show up once a week and thats it.

I am a Bills fan at heart, I will listen/watch games, but I will not financially support this garbage until the organization convinces me they are trying to win. Would you continue to go to a restaurant that serves garbage and just because they're in your neighborhood? Think of teams like any other business that you are a customer of.
