When it comes to sports talk in the morning, there is only once source in Buffalo...The Howard Simon Show!

Howard Simon graduated from Buffalo State in 1984 and has been covering the Buffalo sports scene since 1989, working at WJJL, WBEN and the Empire Sports Network before joining WGR in 2004. Howard's also a huge fan of the New York Mets and for some reason, refuses to give up his team.

Jeremy White graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 and worked during every possible time period on WGR before joining the Howard Simon Show in November of 2004. Shockingly, Jeremy likes to squeeze in talk about his Orange whenever possible during Bills' and Sabres' conversations.

There is no other radio station in Western New York that offers you the chance to sound off on your team and connect with the following guests:

Weekly Guest Schedule:
Monday 8:00 Bills RB Fred Jackson
Tuesday 8:00 Sabres Head Coach Ted Nolan
Wednesday 8:00 Bills CEO/President Russ Brandon
Wednesday 8:30  Mike Robitaille
Thursday 8:00  Sabres President Ted Black
Friday  8:10 Bills Head Coach Doug Marrone

Plus, Mike Robitaille will give his take on Buffalo Sabres' games at 8:30 (if they played the night before) and WGR reporter Paul Hamilton will give his take on the Buffalo sports scene every weekday as well.

JW: Eichel Watch: Possession and Power Play

Jack Eichel's play at the World Championships offers a glimpse into what he might look like as an NHL player.  If the last few games, featuring some of the world's best players, are any indication, we should expect Eichel to be a demon of possession, and a terror on the power play.

Brady got what he deserved

"It's not personal, it's strictly business."  That classic quote from "The Godfather" is exactly how I feel about the suspension for Tom Brady.

Sabres prospect Compher will stay at Michigan for another season

While Sabres fans await the possible jump of Jack Eichel from Boston University to the NHL next season, Sabres prospect JT Compher is staying in college for now.

It was a low key Bills draft

Memo to the Buffalo Bills: Please don't trade your first round picks anymore.  It makes the draft far less interesting.

Bills' Duke Williams aiming for starting job

There won't be many starting spots up for grabs when the Bills hit training camp.  There's probably just one on the defensive side of the ball and it's the safety spot opposite Aaron Williams.

Getting Jacked Up

With the draft lottery putting the Sabres in position to select Jack Eichel, it's important to know as much as possible about the Boston University product.  Click here to learn and enjoy.

Bills should draft a quarterback

Time for some free advice for Bills General Manager Doug Whaley.  Draft a quarterback on Friday.  There are a number of people who will tell you not to do this for various reasons.
1.  This year's group of quarterbacks is underwhelming.
2.  You already have four quarterbacks on your roster.
3.  You don't have a first or fourth round pick so in rounds two
