When it comes to sports talk in the morning, there is only once source in Buffalo...The Howard and Jeremy Show!

Howard Simon graduated from Buffalo State in 1984 and has been covering the Buffalo sports scene since 1989, working at WJJL, WBEN and the Empire Sports Network before joining WGR in 2004. Howard's also a huge fan of the New York Mets and for some reason, refuses to give up his team.

Jeremy White graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 and worked during every possible time period on WGR before joining the Howard Simon Show in November of 2004. Shockingly, Jeremy likes to squeeze in talk about his Orange whenever possible during Bills' and Sabres' conversations.

There is no other radio station in Western New York that offers you the chance to sound off on your team and connect with the following guests:

Weekly Guest Schedule:
Tuesday 8:00 Sabres Head Coach Dan Bylsma
Wednesday 8:30  Mike Robitaille
Thursday 7:30  Martin Biron
Thursday 9:00  Lance Leipold

Plus, Mike Robitaille will give his take on Buffalo Sabres' games at 8:30 (if they played the night before) and WGR reporter Paul Hamilton will give his take on the Buffalo sports scene every weekday as well.

Back to the QB drawing board for the Bills

Its time for the Bills to crank up the old quarterback search machine.

Big plays keep Bills season alive

The Bills are 2-2 in must wins and because of that, the 2016 season stays alive.

Breaking down the 2016 Bills season

NFL teams will typically self scout during their bye week.  The Bills never got in touch with me to get my opinion on what's working and what isn't so I'll just share them with you.

NFL lack of common sense gets national display

Congratulations to the National Football League.  Its been quite some time since you made me this angry.
