Bills host TE Seferian-Jenkins, RB and CB on visits

(WGR 550) -- The Buffalo Bills are navigating their way through the pre-draft process and bringing in visitors almost on a daily occurrence since the start of April. Continuing that trend, the Bills announced three more NFL Draft prospects visited team facilities Friday afternoon.

Washington tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Ohio State running back Carlos Hyde and Liberty cornerback Walt Aikens all toured the facilities at One Bills Drive.

Seferian-Jenkins is the third tight end that has gone through Orchard Park for a visit and came into the 2013 season as one of the most highly-touted prospects at his position. In 2013 he had 36 receptions for 450 yards and eight touchdowns, but started to lose some ground to some other tight ends. The 6-foot-5, 262-pound Seferian-Jenkins is projected to be taken on the second day of the draft.

Hyde was the main runner for the Buckeyes in 2013, but had a big impact in both his junior and sophomore seasons as well. Over the course of his career, Hyde rushed for 3,057 yards and 37 touchdowns. The 6-foot, 230-pound senior could be the first running back taken in May.

The last of Buffalo's visitors, Aikens, spent three seasons with the Liberty Flames. The cornerback originally played for Illinois before transferring after his freshman season. As a senior in 2013, Aikens had 62 tackles, three interceptions, 3.5 tackles for loss and one sack. The long, 6-foot-1, 205-pound corner is projected as a potential day three selection in the 2014 NFL Draft.

The Bills have now used 19 of their 30 pre-draft visits for non-local prospects. For the full list of who has visited Buffalo thus far, click here.
